Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and RootPro Technologies for your use of RootCue. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity in your workspace.
- Workspace owners control who has access and what role they have.
Acceptable use
- Contact only people who have a relationship with your business and expect to hear from you.
- Don't use RootCue to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or anything unlawful.
- Follow WhatsApp's and your telecom operator's rules when you message customers.
- Don't attempt to access other workspaces, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.
Your data
You own the data you put into RootCue. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. See the privacy policy for details.
Plans and payments
- Prices are shown in INR in the app and on the pricing page. GST is added where applicable.
- Paid plans renew only when you pay for the next period; nothing is charged without your action.
- You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law or stated below.
- A plan is active only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider, or, for manual UPI payments, after we match it with our bank records.
Early access pre-booking
- The ₹199 pre-booking reserves an onboarding slot and is adjusted in full against your first paid plan.
- If we are unable to onboard you, or you ask us within 30 days of payment and before onboarding, we refund the pre-booking in full to the original payment method.
Availability
We work hard to keep RootCue available and your data safe, with regular backups. The service is provided “as is”, and we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
