Delete your RootCue account

From the app

1. Open RootCue and go to More → Account → Privacy.
2. Optionally export your data first.
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm with your password.

If you share a workspace with another owner, it stays with them; workspaces where you are the only owner are deleted with your account.

By email

If you can't sign in, email support@rootpro.in from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll verify it's you and confirm within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• You are signed out on every device immediately.
• After a 7-day recovery window, your profile is erased and workspaces where you are the only owner — customers, next actions and history — are deleted. Encrypted backups containing them expire on their normal schedule.

What we keep

• Invoices and payment records, as required by Indian tax law.
• Security audit logs, without customer data, for a limited period.
